3. Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay the fees outlined in the project agreement or proposal. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Confidentiality

Webjuice understands the importance of confidentiality. We will treat all client information, data, and materials as confidential and will only use them for the purpose of providing our services. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in the project agreement or proposal, all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, relating to the services provided by Webjuice shall remain the property of Webjuice. Clients may not use, modify, or distribute any copyrighted materials without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Webjuice will strive to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Webjuice harmless from any claims, losses, or damages incurred as a result of their use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, clients are responsible for any outstanding fees due up to the termination date. Webjuice may also terminate services if the client violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any illegal activities.

8. Modifications

Webjuice reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
